E-catering offers a healthy food delivery service; you can order home-made food for your breakfast, or chicken for your dinner. Once an order has been paid, we process your request and purchase all necessary ingredients. The ordered meals are cooked and packaged in a day of delivery. The meals you receive are always fresh and never frozen therefore all you need to do is to heat it and enjoy.

All meals of e-catering are home made and cooked in a home kitchen. We have all necessary equipment to provide you healthy food of high quality as well as being able to make meals for lots of customers.

You can reach a list of meals in “Order Now” tab. By clicking on a dish picture, you will redirect to a details page of the meal. Below a price, you will find a list of all ingredients of the dish.

We offer online food delivery throughout Montreal, Île Perrot, Laval, Montérégie and Roussillon regions with some restrictions. If you are not in our delivery-zone please chat us or email or fill the form in Delivery page and we will contact you in the day of your request.

We deliver day by day throughout the week. In a checkout page you have mandatory fields to pick-up a delivery time and day. Please pay attention we have a limited daily delivery therefor sometimes you won’t be able to make an order in the same day of a checkout.

– If the address is out of our delivery zone, please chat us or email or fill-out the form in Delivery page before place/pay for an order and we will respond in the day of your request.

– If the address is in our delivery zone, you should select an option “Ship to a different address?” while placing an order in checkout page. By selecting this option, a new address-form will be available to provide another delivery address.

Once we received your notice, we will send you back an email to approve your request. Please, read the mail carefully to make sure all information is correct.

Once the order has been payed you will receive a confirmation letter (order receipt) from e-catering. Open this letter to view the order data. Under a list of meals you will find an order number (order #)

If you want to view your card info, please, login to e-catering to have “My Account” option available on the header. Click on “My Account” and then select option “Payment Methods”  from the left side-menu.

If you want to update your payment method, please, login to e-catering to have “My Account” option available on the header. Click on “My Account” and then select option “Payment Methods” from the left side-menu. By selecting this option you will see a list of your payment methods.

– if you have a few methods, the default method will have a sole available button “Delete”. The rest methods will have 2 buttons “Delete” and “Make Default”. Use the “Make Default” button to change a method.

– if you want to add other payment method, click on a button “Add payment method”. Fill-out all mandatory fields and save by clicking on “Add payment method” button. Then you will be redirected back to “Payment Methods”. In the list of your payment methods, click on “Make Default” button to activate the method as a default.

Unfortunately, currently, only one card can be used on one transaction.

Yes, of cause, to delete your payment method, please, login to e-catering to have “My Account” option available in the header menu.  Click on “My Account” and then select option “Payment Methods”  from the left side-menu. By selecting this option you will see a list of your payment methods. Next to every payment there is “Delete” button. By clicking on a “Delete” button, your payment method will delete completely from e-catering site.

Once the order has been payed you will receive the receipt directly to your email. If no email from e-catering in your inbox, please check a spam or trash folder in your e-mail box.

How and when your money is refunded depends on how you made the original payment. A Credit Card refund is different from a PayPal. Depending on your bank, you will see the refund of Credit Card shows up between 5 to 10 business days after e-catering has processed your request. When you are ready placing an order, click on a Checkout button to redirect to billing details page. Fill-out all mandatory fields and select delivery day and time. Once an order has been paid, we process your request and purchase all necessary ingredients. It is not necessary but desirable being at home at time and day you defined in your order. If you won’t be at home we will leave your package at your door.

When you decided placing you order click on “Checkout” button and you will be redirected to a “Billing details” page. In the top of this page locate a field”Have a coupon?”. Click on “Click here to enter your code” link. By clicking on this link a new field “Coupon code” will be available. Please apply your promo code in the available filed before  place an order.

Yes, the plastic meal containers and delivery boxes are all recyclable.

Unfortunately, we are not able offering a trial of all our meals but a part of them you can try in our mobile kitchen-events.
